Our Story

GQC is a Family-Owned Specialty Coffee Business established in 2021. It all began with the same old cup of crappy coffee we had been drinking throughout the stay at home orders. We wanted to achieve two things: 1. Show our Little Galvans that even in the midst of uncertainty with some dedication and a little hard work anything was possible. 2. We wanted to look for the best quality coffee we could find and create a legacy that will exist beyond our generation. At GQC we strive to give the world the best tasting coffee experience. Our beans are roasted and packaged inhouse, every bag is guaranteed fresh.

Our coffee beans originate from a Family-Owned Farm located in Matagalpa, Nicaragua. Finca La Flor has been in their family for over 20 years, with Specialty-grade scores of 85-87. The beans are grown using sustainable practices and are prepared by trained professionals. This means that every bean is hand picked and inspected to serve the highest quality.
